Materials: Lotus root, Chinese sausage, Soy bean peas, Green onions

Step 1: Add some oil into cooking pan. When the oil is hot, add green onion, cook about 1 minute.

Step 2: Add Chinese sausages, cook about 1 minute and keep stiring.

Step 3: Add lotus roots.

Step 4: Add some soy bean sauce and some water.

Step 5: Mixing well. Cover it. Wait for it boils. Reduce the heat to medium, cook about 10 minutes. Stir it every two minutes.
